Nestled among the junipers and sagebrush of central Oregon's high desert you can find the home of R & G Acres. While serving our communities as dedicated educators, on the side we produced top quality, nationally recognized Montadale sheep for 30 years. During the past 25 years our llama operation has taken center stage, selling our last sheep in 2005. Through careful selection and breeding we have assembled a world class llama herd and are now pleased to consistently offer outstanding llamas to meet our customers' needs, whether for breeding, showing, guards, or pets.

While maintaining a nucleus of silky and suri females, in recent years we have shifted our production focus to infusion of the fabulous qualities of Argentine llamas into our herd. For continuous improvement, we regularly add strong foundation animals and will always emphasize structurally sound, top quality, fine and heavily fibered llamas with excellent dispositions..
